Information we collect

Please do not include medical information in the online booking form. If information relevant to treatment suitability needs to be discussed, we will do so privately and only collect what is necessary.

How and why we use it

We normally rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and compliance with legal obligations. Where explicit consent is required, we will ask for it separately.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with trusted service providers supporting our booking communications, email, website hosting and payment administration, or where the law requires us to do so.

The booking form is transmitted using FormSubmit. WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Fonts are third-party services with their own privacy practices. When you choose to use those services, they may process technical or account information under their own terms.

How long we keep it

General booking enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after our last contact. Records connected with completed transactions may be kept for up to six years where needed for tax, accounting, dispute or legal purposes. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely anonymised.

Cookies and external content

The current Stressless website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded or externally hosted services, including Google Maps and Google Fonts, may receive technical information when their content loads. If analytics or advertising measurement is added later, this notice and the website consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is used.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used.

Contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
