These terms are intended to make every appointment clear, professional and comfortable from the first request to the end of your treatment.

Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting the website form, sending a message or requesting a time does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when Stressless sends you written confirmation of the treatment, location, date, time and price.
Please check your confirmation and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect. Availability is subject to therapist schedules and suitable travel time for outcall visits.
Prices and payment
Current studio prices are displayed on the website. Outcall prices may vary according to location, access, travel and time. Any supplement or variation will be explained before you confirm.
Payment arrangements, including any deposit or prepayment, will be stated in your booking confirmation. We will not add a cancellation charge, deposit or other material fee that was not disclosed before the booking was confirmed.
Changes, cancellations and lateness
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any applicable cancellation terms will be stated clearly in your booking confirmation before you agree to them.
If you arrive late, the treatment may need to finish at the original scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed. For outcall appointments, please ensure the therapist can enter safely and set up at the agreed time.
Treatment suitability
Stressless provides wellbeing and relaxation services. Our treatments are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you are pregnant, recovering from a procedure, receiving medical care or unsure whether massage is suitable, please obtain appropriate professional advice before booking. A therapist may adapt, pause or decline a treatment if they reasonably believe it would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Professional conduct and boundaries
All appointments are strictly professional. Respectful behaviour is required from clients and therapists. Stressless may end or refuse an appointment immediately where there is harassment, intimidation, sexual conduct, unsafe behaviour, intoxication or a request outside the agreed professional service.
Where a session is ended because of inappropriate or unsafe client behaviour, payment may remain due as set out in the booking confirmation.
Outcall appointments
The client must provide an accurate address, safe access and a clean, quiet space of approximately 2 × 3 metres. The therapist will bring the equipment described in the booking confirmation. Parking, congestion, hotel access or travel charges will be disclosed where applicable before confirmation.
Stressless may reschedule or cancel an outcall where access, environment or conduct creates a safety concern.
Clients under 18
Appointments for anyone under 18 must be agreed in advance. Consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, and the guardian may need to remain present throughout the appointment.
Complaints and problems
Please contact us as soon as possible if something has gone wrong. We will review the concern fairly and aim to respond promptly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated as treatments, prices or availability change.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. They were last updated on 19 July 2026. The version agreed at the time of a confirmed booking will apply to that appointment.
